Maintenance

Regular maintenance and inspection to safeguard machine performance. For all Charmilles / GF EDM machines, wire EDM (Robofil) and sinker EDM (Roboform).
Scope of service
- Planned maintenance intervals by machine type and usage profile
- Inspection of mechanical assemblies, control system, generator
- Replacement of filters, seals and scheduled wear parts
- Function test, measurement report, brief documentation
Repair
Repair & overhaul
Expert repair of components, control systems and machine controllers. Overhaul of complete machines to restore full performance.
Scope of service
- Diagnostics by phone or on site, with a clear assessment
- Repair of individual assemblies using genuine spare parts
- Individual overhaul of larger assemblies, e.g. control cabinet or dielectric tank
- Reconditioning of control system and machine controller
- Complete machine overhaul (refit) on request
Relocation
Machine relocations
Organisation of machine relocations and site moves, across Germany. Including dismantling, transport, reassembly and commissioning.
Scope of service
- Dismantling and securing at the existing site
- Transport logistics with a qualified haulier
- Installation, levelling, electrical and pneumatic connections
- Initial commissioning, function test, handover report
Installation
Installation & diagnostics
Expert installation after setup or relocation. Fast fault analysis, on site at the customer or in our own workshop.
Scope of service
- Machine setup, alignment, initial commissioning
- Connection of power, compressed air, dielectric, cooling
- Fault diagnostics, mechanical and control-side
- Workshop diagnostics, transport organised where required
Spare parts
Genuine spare parts, sourced fast.
