The story

Servicing EDM machines since 1994.

It all began in 1994 with the assembly of water-jet EDM machines and the installation of the first water-bath EDM machine in Germany. Ever since, it has all come down to one question: how do we get your machine running the way it should again?

20 years as a subcontractor for Charmilles (later GF), independent for 10 years. The specialisation in Charmilles machines has grown over this time, and with it the instinct for which component tends to fail where and how best to set it right.

The difference from large service providers is simple: you speak directly with the technicians who carry out the work. Appointments are arranged quickly and easily, quotes are stated clearly, repairs are done cleanly. No platitudes, no needless bureaucracy.
